Abstract

In this article, the causes of corruption factors in administrative management processes in the field of professional sports and the mechanisms of their formation are analyzed on a scientific basis based on a comprehensive systematic approach. During the study, the main factors leading to corruption in the processes of making administrative decisions, allocating financial resources, selecting personnel, and appointing officials in the management of the sports sector were identified. At the same time, it is scientifically substantiated that the lack of autonomy of sports organizations, insufficient development of control and accountability mechanisms lead to an increase in corruption risks. The article examines international experience, in particular, the principles of effective management in sports management, mechanisms for ensuring transparency, responsibility, and accountability, and analyzes the possibilities of their implementation in the context of Uzbekistan from an institutional and legal point of view. As a conclusion of the study, organizational and legal measures aimed at preventing corruption in the field of sports, improving regulatory legal acts, strengthening public control, and introducing a transparent management system were developed. These recommendations serve not only to reduce corruption risks, but also to ensure effective management, justice, honesty, and a management system that meets international standards in the field of sports.
