The main goal of the research is to study the legal, institutional, and organizational foundations of the processes of introducing digital technologies in agriculture, as well as to assess their impact on economic efficiency, management quality, and food security. In the research process, methods of comparative legal, systemic, and statistical analysis, as well as methods of induction and deduction, were used. The article analyzes the content and practical results of the adopted strategic documents on the digitalization of the agricultural sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy and state programs for the development of agriculture.
