This article provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of the organizational, legal, and managerial factors of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the anti-corruption system. In the course of the study, the processes of digital transformation in public administration, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of artificial intelligence, and its role in the prevention and elimination of corruption risks were studied. The article highlights the impact of institutional stability, data integration, infrastructure training, human resources, and the regulatory framework on the effectiveness of artificial intelligence. Based on reports from international organizations such as the OECD, UNODC, the World Bank, and Transparency International, the practice of using artificial intelligence in the areas of public procurement, audit, monitoring, and conflict of interest was analyzed. The research results show that, although artificial intelligence is a highly effective tool in the fight against corruption, it cannot fully solve the problem independently. Its effectiveness directly depends on the correctly formed organizational environment and human control. In conclusion, it is noted that without a systematic solution to infrastructure, institutional, and personnel issues, the possibilities of artificial intelligence in increasing the transparency and efficiency of public administration will not be fully realized.
