LEGAL BASIS OF LICENSING OF PHARMACEUTICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article considers in detail the procedure of retail sale of medicines and medical devices as a direction of pharmaceutical activity - conditions and requirements for licensing of this activity, as well as information about the subjects of retail sale of medicines on legal grounds. All laws of our country in the field of pharmaceuticals provide for the supply of cheap and quality medicines to a wide range of citizens within the framework of social protection of the population, as well as the provision of medicines to certain categories of citizens for free or on the basis of partial payment. The subject of the article is a legal study of the order of licensing pharmaceutical activities and the development of proposals for harmonization of regulatory legal documents in this area. The general conclusion was made based on the results of the study, conducted on the basis of such methods as historicity, system analysis, comparative-legal, logical, generalization, and complex analysis of scientific sources. Proposals for amendments and additions to the legislation on licensing of pharmaceutical activity have been developed.
