ISSUES OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE EXISTING NORMS OF COPYRIGHT IN LEGAL ACTS IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of the rules related to the protection of copyright in legal documents in the field of information communications and intellectual property and their content. It is known that today the processes associated with copyright are widely implemented using the Internet and telecommunications networks. In this regard, a special place is occupied by technical means of protecting objects of copyright. The state and operation of technical measures, in turn, are reflected in the legal norms on copyright. In particular, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Copyright and Related Rights” prohibits actions not authorized by the author, owner of related rights or another owner of exclusive rights to works or objects of related rights that control the use of works or objects of related rights. The issues related to the full application of copyright norms in the processes related to the use of works and objects of related rights in the legal documents of telecommunication networks are critically analyzed. The author came to scientific theoretical conclusions on the issues related to the improvement of the relevant legislation and the future legal consequences.
