PECULIARITIES OF DIGITAL CIVIL TURNOVER AND PROTECTION OF DIGITAL RIGHTS

Abstract

In this scientific article, the author analyzes the features of modern digital civil turnover based on the generalized practice of the CIS states, which has been a good example for the Republic of Uzbekistan for several years. In the process of the research, the legislation regulating digital rights as well as international legal acts in this area were analyzed. The research methodology was based on such methods as general (dialectical, logical, analysis, and synthesis) and special (modeling, forecasting, and comparison). It should be noted that digital rights in civil law are a new promising type of economic relations that is currently being worked out at the level of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan but has not yet become the subject of comprehensive legal regulation. In the course of scientific research, the author separately identified some problems with using special methods of protecting digital rights in civil turnover and formulated proposals both on these problems and on improving the legal regulation of digital civil turnover in general.
