PRINCIPLES OF LAW AND THEIR PLACE IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM

Abstract

This article analyzes some theoretical issues related to the principles of law, which are an important element of the legal system, in which the principles of law are the main, guiding principles underlying this law. The nature of law, the purpose of law, as well as issues of social orientation are analyzed on the basis of the scientific views of various scientists. The principles of copyright are the basic ideas and rules that form its basis, and quite rightly, they are the foundation of law, its internal support. In the article, specific examples analyze such issues as the absorption of legal principles into national legislation, their application in legal activity, and justice. Legal principles are divided into a number of groups depending on their scope, and their characteristics are analyzed.
