Abstract

This article is a comprehensive study aimed at analyzing the essence and functions of the institute of social protection in the context of the civil service. The author conducted an analysis of social policy, focusing on the transformation of the role of social protection in shaping the well-being of public civil servants. The article highlights the main theoretical concepts underlying the social protection of public civil servants. The paper also highlights key methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the social protection system for civil servants, provides a fundamental analysis of existing models, and offers innovative approaches to social risk management. The study highlights the challenges facing the Institute of social protection in modern conditions and provides recommendations for improving social policy in the field of public service. The results of this study not only expand the understanding of the role of social protection but also serve as the basis for the development of effective strategies to improve working conditions and the social security of public civil servants. Within the framework of the theoretical aspect, the article examines the key concepts of social protection and their applicability to civil servants. Special attention is paid to social rights, standards, and mechanisms that contribute to maintaining social stability and well-being among this category of workers.
