METHODS FOR RESOLVING ELECTION DISPUTES

Abstract

This article analyzes the methods for resolving election disputes established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including theoretical concepts and the procedure of administrative and judicial procedures. Gaps in the legislation will also be discussed. The study used such methods as comparative-legal, current norms, and statistical analysis of data. The creation of a democratic state based on the rule of law in Uzbekistan requires the formation of a free electoral law in society, strengthening the role of citizens in public administration, and fundamental changes in the sphere of social and legal relations. The article analyzes the existing gaps in the resolution of electoral disputes in our national legislation and suggests the need to fill and improve them based on the experience of developed countries.
