THE ROLE OF SCIENTIFIC VIEWS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL AND LEGAL ORDER AND THEIR PROSPECTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The article deals with one of the topical aspects of the relationship between courts and legal sciences. Questions have been raised about the problems of presenting scientific works in the practice of administrative courts in Uzbekistan; the extent to which this provision is compatible with judicial independence, including the court’s resolution of legal issues on the basis of its own faith and law. The use of scientific reviews in the justice system is predicted to be weak. The main medium for their use is in the study of academic subjects in law schools. At the same time, legal science emphasizes the importance of analyzing court decisions, publishing comments on them, confirming, criticizing or correcting the approaches of administrative courts.
