Abstract

The article reveals the essence, necessity, and some tasks of legislative specification of the constitutional foundations of public administration. The relevance of the study of this issue arises from the need to make changes and additions to the current legislation based on the content of the new edition of the country’s Constitution. The author used historical, comparative legal, systemic, and some other methods of scientific research. The conclusion is substantiated about the objective demand for specifying constitutional norms, the need to detail their essence and content, as well as building a legal mechanism for implementing the provisions of the Constitution. The results of the study can be used in legislative activities, in the process of developing draft laws aimed at applying the principles and norms of the Basic Law in practice. The main result of the analysis is the following thesis: legislative specification of the constitutional foundations of public administration is necessary; a number of new ones should be adopted, as well as radically updated many existing laws regulating the sphere of public administration.
