CRIMINAL LEGAL ASPECTS OF INTENTIONAL HOMICIDE

The criminal-legal aspects of intentional homicide are analyzed in this article, the author studied the opinions and comments of scientists on this issue, and made relevant suggestions and recommendations. In addition, in the article, the author talks about the strengthening of the first section of the special part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Crimes against the person”, especially the first chapter “Crimes against life”, once again guaranteeing the right to life of a person. Also, its evidence that it is superior to all values and the importance of the method of committing the crime in the crime of intentional homicide and its inherent social danger indicates that depriving a person of the greatest gift, life, causes great harm to society. The article also touched on the objective and subjective signs of the crime of intentional homicide, distinguishing general and direct objects. Here, the general object of the action is the person, as a special object - human life in general, and as a direct object - the life of a specific person. In this article, the author’s proposal is also given regarding the inclusion of the concept of murder in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
