SOME ISSUES OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE SUBJECTS OF OBLIGATIONS TO PROVIDE PAID TOURIST SERVICES

This article discusses the obligations for the provision of tourist services for a fee, their contractual and legal nature, the peculiarities of the legal status of tourist organizations, legal entities of tour operators and travel agents, their similarities and differences. The normative legal documents regulating the obligations of travel companies to each other and to tourists, as well as the experience of foreign countries in this regard, are analyzed. The studied foreign experience and the experience of Uzbekistan are comparatively analyzed. How to deal with the failure of travel companies to properly fulfill their obligations is explained by examples of cases that took place abroad and in Uzbekistan. In these cases, the application of national legislation is discussed. As an example, recommendations are given regarding the most important conditions that should be reflected in the contract for the provision of tourist services in order to prevent the occurrence of situations that occurred in practical examples. Conclusions are drawn that these conditions must comply with international documents adopted by the World Tourism Organization. The points mentioned in the article can be used in the contractual and legal regulation of tourist services.
