Abstract

The article describes the medical and legal aspects of compulsory health insurance, the international legal framework, its emergence and development in different countries, the guaranteed and widespread use of medical services, the experience and legal framework of foreign countries in this area, compulsory health insurance. the role as a separate area, the quality of the provision of such medical services to citizens by country and the way it is organized, as well as the improvement of legislation in this area and the scientific views of scientists on this topic.
