PROBLEMS OF DETERMINING THE OBJECT OF THE VOLUNTARY HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRACT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of the current legislation and law enforcement practice on the implementation of voluntary medical insurance contracts. Therefore, basic normative legal acts, regulating the relations in the field of voluntary health insurance, Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and legislations of foreign countries are analyzed. The article also discusses the issues of determining the object of voluntary medical insurance based on the analysis of the problems of determining the category of insurance payments. In this case, the main criterion is the attitude of the policyholder to the insurance object as insurance compensation.
